David Hawk – President
“My Dad who was a perfectionist and who was the most honest person I have had the privilege of knowing, taught me by living example, that your personal integrity is your most valuable asset. If you treat people with honest integrity, you will never want for a friend or for a client. I am proud to say that the best friends that I have are also clients.”
David earned a Business degree from the University of Missouri St Louis. Early career accomplishments in the Silicon Valley electronics industry included managing national sales organizations, general management and quality control. This experience gave David a strong operations background and intense training in the importance of zero defects and client communications and service to ensure long term relationships.
Tired of travel and the corporate setting, David made a life changing decision for his young family and moved to Colorado to pursue his passion for remodeling, and to build his own legacy.
Since 1992, David continues his education and leadership in the remodeling industry. He has been active in supporting the professionalism of the industry, by serving on the Board of Directors of the Home Builder’s Council of Professional Remodelers. He holds certification as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Certified Lead Paint Renovator by the EPA, has served on industry advisory councils for major manufacturers, and has been called on as expert court witness in industry disputes
With the exception of living in Germany for three years, Michelle Eliason has lived in Denver for over 30 years. After working for several years in the business world, her passion for design and desire to help others led her to return to school for an interior design degree. Her business acumen, plus an eye for the creative, makes for a winning combination in designing functional, beautiful spaces in an organized fashion. Michelle has over five years combined experience working in the home building industry as well as with commercial and residential design materials. She has over a year’s experience working exclusively in kitchen and bath design, a field that fulfills her analytical and creative interests.
Clients are pleased by her drive to provide excellent customer service and her keen interest in helping them achieve their remodeling goals –aesthetically, functionally and within budget. When she isn’t designing, Michelle runs a neighborhood supper club, participates in book club, coaxes her husband on exotic trips; and reluctantly exercises to justify girls’-night-out at decadent restaurants.
Coming from the culinary field, Jeanne brings a unique perspective to her clients and the design process. Drawing on this, she combines her love of cooking and food with 16 years of experience in New York and Denver. Jeanne loves learning and being a strong resource for her clients. Her approach to design combines creating a functional and beautiful space that brings her customers vision to life. “I strive to quickly learn my customer’s priorities for their project so that I can give us the tools, as a team, to make their new space a reality. I value the individuality in each family, and project, and enjoy working with them to create their dream space.”
Jeanne is an avid reader but also enjoys gardening, biking, hiking, yoga and swimming. She loves living and working in beautiful Colorado.
