Meet the Team of Kitchens on Broadway

David Hawk – President

“My Dad who was a perfectionist and who was the most honest person I have had the privilege of knowing, taught me by living example, that your personal integrity is your most valuable asset. If you treat people with honest integrity, you will never want for a friend or for a client. I am proud to say that the best friends that I have are also clients.”

David earned a Business degree from the University of Missouri St Louis. Early career accomplishments in the Silicon Valley electronics industry included managing national sales organizations, general management and quality control. This experience gave David a strong operations background and intense training in the importance of zero defects and client communications and service to ensure long term relationships.

Tired of travel and the corporate setting, David made a life changing decision for his young family and moved to Colorado to pursue his passion for remodeling, and to build his own legacy.

Since 1992, David continues his education and leadership in the remodeling industry. He has been active in supporting the professionalism of the industry, by serving on the Board of Directors of the Home Builder’s Council of Professional Remodelers. He holds certification as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Certified Lead Paint Renovator by the EPA, has served on industry advisory councils for major manufacturers, and has been called on as expert court witness in industry disputes

Linda Brooks

With a background of commercial interior design, art and architecture history Linda appreciates all styles of architecture and design and enjoys helping clients identify what their own style is. While she practiced commercial interior design for over 12 years, her passion for remodeling homes began when she and her husband bought their first home, a 1907 fixer upper. Her weekends and hobby became consumed with what project to tackle next. An original 1950’s ranch was her next purchase and project and from there she began doing interior design and kitchens and baths for clients as well.

Linda’s has the ability to “peel back the layers” and envision what a space has the potential to become with re-planning and new finishes. She is an exceptional space planner and prides herself on her attention to detail and project foresight. She enjoys helping clients identify what their own style is and incorporating it into their new design. Linda is excellent at listening to her clients wish lists and incorporating these elements into the design, while meeting their budget. “A remodeling project is an opportunity to truly make improvements, not just changes.” This is when a client will truly be happy in their remodeled home.

When not remodeling, Linda enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and attending their many activities and events. As a family, they enjoy skiing the beautiful Colorado Rockies and golf.
