With a background of commercial interior design, art and architecture history Linda appreciates all styles of architecture and design and enjoys helping clients to identify their own style. more...
While she practiced commercial interior design for over 12 years, her passion for remodeling homes began when she and her husband bought their first home, a 1907 fixer upper. Her weekends and hobby became consumed with what project to tackle next. An original 1950’s ranch was her subsequent purchase and project — and from there she began doing interior design and kitchens and baths for clients, as well.
Linda has the ability to “peel back the layers” and envision what a space has the potential to become with re-planning and new finishes. She is an exceptional space planner and prides herself on her attention to detail and project foresight. She enjoys helping clients identify what their own style is and incorporating it into their new design. Linda is excellent at listening to her clients’ wish lists and incorporating these elements into the design while meeting their budget. “A remodeling project is an opportunity to truly make improvements, not just changes.” This is when a client will be genuinely happy in their remodeled home.
When not remodeling, Linda enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and attending their many activities and events. As a family, they enjoy skiing the beautiful Colorado Rockies and golf.
Scott Miller’s dad was a cabinet-maker way back in the days when talented woodworkers like he was built the cabinetry for a new home from a bunch of lumber delivered to the jobsite. Scott’s mom was an art teacher. From both of them he inherited a sound mechanical aptitude with an artistic flair. more...
Scott spent the first fifteen years of his career climbing the corporate ladder in sales and marketing with two national grocery product manufacturers. Sick of the corporate rat-race and yearning to exercise his entrepreneurial spirit, he acquired an existing retailer/contractor company here in Denver that specialized in kitchen and bath remodel projects. He learned the kitchen and bath business and the nuances of quality design from some very talented people that came with the company. Having accomplished his goals of turning the Company around and making it solidly profitable, Scott sold the business four years later.
Scott resumed his passion as a Design Consultant with one of Denver’s largest cabinetry and countertops dealers where he spent eleven years working with some of Denver’s finest custom builders and remodel contractors.
After a four-year stint in sales and marketing for one of the nation’s largest flooring retailers, Scott’s elated to be back doing what he loves. His focus at Kitchens on Broadway is primarily on developing relationships and business with builders and remodel contractors, but he still loves working directly with homeowners when that opportunity arises.
Creative kitchen and bath design is Scott’s form of art. You put more into it when your work is also your art. He believes strongly in providing kitchen and bath design that’s both highly functional and aesthetically pleasing. He also believes strongly in providing the very best value and service for his clients.
Even in childhood years, Anna was abundantly creative, collaborative, and driven. Whether it was canvas and pastels, or doodling in the margins of her textbook, artistic expression has always been a natural interest of hers. Attending Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN as a Public Relations and Advertising student spurred this creativity as she developed greater intrigue into psychology, mathematics, and interpersonal communication. more...
Throughout her college years, she was also a Division. 1 Volleyball player for the Boilermakers and went by the playful nickname, Boom.
After she graduated, she moved to Denver and began her journey as a Kitchen and Bath specialist assisting homeowners and builders as they made plumbing, lighting, and appliance selections at one of the nation’s largest wholesale distributors. Early on, managers asked all branch associates for input to design a bathroom vignette for new product display. Energetically, she measured, hand-sketched, and budgeted the remodel for manger approval. It surpassed all expectations, and, just like that, Anna found her youthful talent to have real world application. In following weeks, she began an Interior Design apprenticeship and eventually became a Lead Designer and subsequently a Designer Estimator for a residential remodel construction firm.
In her first conversation with a client, Anna is eager to understand their ambitions and driving factors for the space as these key influences often inform secondary decisions. With a shared understanding of the project as a starting point, her intent is to provide guidance, insight, and creativity to inform decisions and ensure that the final product is something to be proud of. Anna has a strong ability to electronically depict a design concept and tailor material selections for each client.
In her free time, Anna enjoys playing sand volleyball, yoga, camping, and household projects with her husband, Ryan and dog, Emma.
Zane’s love of architecture and design was inspired by her father, who worked in construction as a framer building large custom homes. Watching his projects grow from the ground up was always a wonder and often left her dreaming of where the project would be taken next. This curiosity and her creative eye led her to pursue an interior design education that began in high school and flourished in Arapahoe Community College’s Interior Design program. more...
After design school, she took some time away from the industry only to rediscover her passion in 2020 when she assumed the role of Assistant Designer for a local kitchen and bath remodel firm. We were thrilled to have her join our team, and she is loving every minute of learning and collaborating with our senior Designers and their clients; kitchen and bath design is just the niche she has been searching for!
